    Brand Positioning Workshop - Sometimes you just need help getting everyone on the same page. I’ll lead 2–3 facilitated sessions with stakeholders to define or refine your brand's messaging and competitive strengths.

    Packaging Feedback Session - Is your packaging doing its best work? I’ll review existing  packaging or new concepts with a focus on category fit, shelf appeal, differentiation and communication of benefits.

  • Sometimes you need more than a consultant—you need a thought partner. I work alongside founders as a flexible extension of their team, offering guided strategic planning, team or project oversight, or getting my hands dirty where needed. Whether a couple days a month or a couple days a week, I bring the clarity and drive that helps founders lead with confidence.

    Line Extension Roadmap - A guided series of workshops where we map flavors, formats, and pack sizes, ending with clear decisions that preserve (or even increase) margins without cannibalizing your existing lineup. Includes trend research and competitive analysis.
